Luciano de Vries is a Dutch entrepreneur and tax lawyer based in Portugal. After building and exiting multiple ventures across Europe, he now directs his energy into two areas: real estate development in Portugal through Renaitre Unipessoal and Casa Vista Real Estate, and angel investing across sectors he finds genuinely worth backing. Around 30 investments to date, spanning fintech, health tech, agentic AI, and frontier infrastructure. He backs founders the same way he built his own companies — with conviction, presence, and a long time horizon.
